Data Deletion Request

Request deletion of your personal data from CreativeOS.

What Happens When You Request Deletion
Please read before submitting

Data that will be deleted:

  • Your account information (name, email, password)
  • Workspaces you own and all associated data
  • Creative assets and taxonomy configurations
  • Connected integration data (Meta, Shopify)
  • Templates, forecasts, and saved configurations

Data that may be retained:

  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics data
  • Records required for legal compliance (up to 90 days)
  • Backup archives (automatically purged within 30 days)

Important notes:

  • This action is permanent and irreversible
  • Team members in workspaces you own will lose access
  • Processing takes up to 30 days
  • You will receive email confirmation when complete
